Founded in 1952, Anthony G. Stavropoulos owned Anthony’s Pancake House for 68 years. Anthony's Pancake House instantly became a cult-classic. Based in Montauk, New York. Anthony's is famous for their breakfast/brunch, serving families daily.  His long-time employee, Diana Carillo bought his restaurant. Anthony continues to go there everyday. Diana continues to use his family recipes. She transformed the restaurant into what is continued to be beloved by locals.
